Ordering and Logistics

What is your MOQ?
From 100 pcs per part number for stocked items. Mixed containers are welcome, and we can combine filters and lubricants in one shipment.

Can I get samples?
Yes. Samples are free for qualified bulk enquiries; you cover the courier cost. Sample lead time is 3 to 7 working days.

What is the production lead time?
Stocked items ship in 3 to 5 working days. Custom or OE production runs 20 to 35 days depending on tooling and quantity.

Cross-Reference and Pricing

How do you handle cross-references?
Send any OE or competitor part number (Baldwin, Donaldson, Mann, Sakura, Fleetguard). We match it against our database and reply with the Maxdur equivalent, full spec sheet and price within 24 hours.

What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight, and PayPal for sample orders.

Quality and Warranty

What is your warranty?
All filters carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions. Claims are handled case by case with photo or sample evidence.
