Warranty Policy
Maxdur warrants its construction machinery filters against manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions for 12 months from the date of shipment.
What is Covered
- Housing cracks, leaks or deformation
- Filter media failure - tear, collapse, delamination
- Seal failure - leaks from the gasket or O-ring
- Bypass valve stuck open or closed
- End cap separation
What is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear at end of recommended life
- Damage from incorrect installation or bypass
- Damage from operating outside the filter specification (pressure, temperature, fluid compatibility)
- Damage from contamination of the fluid supply
- Consequential damage to the engine or equipment
How to Make a Claim
Send the following to the contact page within 30 days of discovering the defect:
- The Maxdur part number and batch code printed on the filter housing
- Date of installation
- Equipment brand and model
- Photos of the failed filter in the and and removed from the housing
- Operating hours and conditions
We review each claim within 5 working days. Approved claims are credited against the next order or replaced free of charge.
