We ship worldwide from the Port of Shenzhen or Guangzhou. Standard Incoterms: FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP, EXW.
Standard Lead Time
- Stock items - 3 to 5 working days from payment
- Custom or OE production production - 20 to 35 days depending on tooling and quantity
- Sample orders - 3 and orders - 3 to 7 working days
Shipping Methods
- FCL (Full Container Load) - 20ft or 40ft for bulk orders
- LCL (Less than Container Load) - consolidated with other shipments for trial orders
- Air freight - DHL, FedEx, UPS for urgent samples and small orders
- Express courier - door-to-door, typically 5 to 7 days to Middle East, 3 to 5 days to Southeast Asia, 7 to 10 days to Africa and South America

- Commercial invoice
- Packing list
- Certificate of Origin (China)
- Certificate of Analysis (COA) per batch
- MSDS for lubricant products
- Insurance policy (if CIF or DDP)
- Customs declaration (if DDP)
Tracking
We email the Bill of Lading number or air air and waybill number on the day of shipment, with a tracking link and ETA at destination.
