Terms of Service
By placing an order with Dongguan Maixin Technology Co., Ltd. (Maxdur), you agree to the terms below.
Orders
- All orders are subject to written confirmation (Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract)
- Lead time starts from receipt of deposit, not order placement
- Order changes after confirmation may affect price and lead time
- Order cancellation before shipment: 80% refund; after shipment: follow Returns Policy
Pricing and Payment
- Prices in Proforma Invoice are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated
- Standard payment: T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment
- Other terms (L/C, O/A, PayPal) available on request
- Late payment: 1.5% monthly interest charged on overdue balance
Shipping and Risk
- Risk transfers at the agreed Incoterm point (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc)
- Buyer is responsible for import duties and customs clearance unless DDP is agreed
Warranty and Liability
- 12 months from shipment date on manufacturing defects
- Maxdur liability is capped at the invoiced value of the defective item
- Maxdur is not liable for consequential damages, downtime, or third-party costs
Governing Law
Contracts are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are first attempted through negotiation; failing that, through China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) arbitration in Guangzhou.
